أَعُوذُ بِكَلِمَاتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّةِ مِنْ كُلِّ شَيْطَانٍ وَهَامَّةٍ وَمِنْ كُلِّ عَيْنٍ لَامَّةٍ
“I seek refuge in the perfect words of Allah from every devil and poisonous creature, and from every envious evil eye.”
A'udhu bikalimatillahit-tammati min kulli shaytanin wa hammah, wa min kulli 'aynin lammah

For protecting children and oneself from evil eye
The Prophet (PBUH) used to seek refuge with Allah for Hasan and Husayn with these words, saying Ibrahim used to seek refuge for Ismail and Ishaq.
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَسْأَلُكَ خَيْرَ الْمَوْلِجِ وَخَيْرَ الْمَخْرَجِ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ وَلَجْنَا وَبِسْمِ اللَّهِ خَرَجْنَا وَعَلَى اللَّهِ رَبِّنَا تَوَكَّلْنَا
“O Allah, I ask You for the best entrance and the best exit. In the name of Allah we enter, in the name of Allah we leave, and upon Allah our Lord we place our trust.”
Sunan Abu Dawud 5096
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ وَلَا حَوْلَ وَلَا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ
“In the name of Allah, I place my trust in Allah, and there is no might nor power except with Allah.”
