اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ رَبِّي لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ خَلَقْتَنِي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَ وَأَنَا عَلَى عَهْدِكَ وَوَعْدِكَ مَا اسْتَطَعْتُ أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ شَرِّ مَا صَنَعْتُ أَبُوءُ لَكَ بِنِعْمَتِكَ عَلَيَّ وَأَبُوءُ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي فَإِنَّهُ لَا يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ
“O Allah, You are my Lord, there is no deity except You. You created me and I am Your servant, and I abide by Your covenant and promise as best I can. I seek refuge in You from the evil I have done. I acknowledge Your favor upon me, and I acknowledge my sin, so forgive me, for none forgives sins except You.”
Allahumma anta rabbi la ilaha illa anta, khalaqtani wa ana 'abduka, wa ana 'ala 'ahdika wa wa'dika mastata'tu, a'udhu bika min sharri ma sana'tu, abu'u laka bini'matika 'alayya wa abu'u bidhanbi, faghfirli fa innahu la yaghfirudh-dhunuba illa anta

Morning and evening
The Prophet (PBUH) said: Whoever says this with conviction in the evening and dies that night will enter Paradise, and whoever says it with conviction in the morning and dies that day will enter Paradise.
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لَا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي السَّمَاءِ وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ الْعَلِيمُ
“In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, All-Knowing.”
Sunan Abu Dawud 5088
اللَّهُمَّ بِكَ أَصْبَحْنَا وَبِكَ أَمْسَيْنَا وَبِكَ نَحْيَا وَبِكَ نَمُوتُ وَإِلَيْكَ النُّشُورُ
“O Allah, by You we enter the morning and by You we enter the evening, by You we live and by You we die, and to You is the resurrection.”
Sunan at-Tirmidhi 3391
اللَّهُمَّ مَا أَصْبَحَ بِي مِنْ نِعْمَةٍ أَوْ بِأَحَدٍ مِنْ خَلْقِكَ فَمِنْكَ وَحْدَكَ لَا شَرِيكَ لَكَ فَلَكَ الْحَمْدُ وَلَكَ الشُّكْرُ
“O Allah, whatever blessing I or any of Your creation have risen upon, is from You alone, without partner. So for You is all praise and unto You all thanks.”
